Mutual safety is our ultimate goal.

OUR PROTOCOL

  • We have increased our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect our staff and patients, to the existing protocol of shields, mask, gowns and gloves.

  • We continue to provide the highest standard of sterilization and disinfecting protocols that meet or exceed guidelines from the CDC, ADA and other health agencies and have implemented additional sanitization procedures, before, during and after each patient visit.

  • We will take patients temperatures, to protect our team and other patients, but we are not diagnosing or recommending medical steps.

  • We are asking patients to arrive with their mask on, and once seated, have a pre-rinse with an oral disinfectant, in addition sanitizing hands.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • We are staggering patients to allow social distancing and reserving additional time for our sanitation protocol.

  • We have installed barriers in our check-in and check-out areas. All exchanges of payments will be sanitized.

  • We are restricting office entry and limiting it to patients only. If a patient requires assistance, they may be accompanied to the front door, and our dental assistant will escort the patient in and out of the office.

APPOINTMENTS

  • We are asking for updates regarding medical histories and symptoms upon confirming appointments and on the day of actual appointments.

  • We are checking in via curbside parking. We have two reserved parking stalls in the back of the office, suite #106.

  • We have modified our procedures for check-in/check-out and are asking our patients to inform us if they are anticipating arriving early or late, so that we may provide additional instructions for their arrival. This may include asking patients to wait in their cars, coming in, or even rescheduling, to avoid encountering other patients (if their appointment time has run over into another patient’s time slot).

  • We are asking patients to reschedule if they or their family are sick or experiencing symptoms of fever, difficulty breathing or coughing, traveled in the last 14 days, or  have had contact with anyone with confirmed Covid-19.
